Refund policy

• 14 days: as a consumer you can withdraw and get a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• After 14 days: no refund. This includes when you release a city.
• Someone else paid first, or we could not deliver: full refund, automatically.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you paid, without giving a reason. To do so, email us at patrick@fabera.se with your username and the city. You can use any clear statement, no form is required.

We refund the full amount to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your notice, and the city is released.

Once the 14-day period has passed, the price is not refunded, including if you choose to release the city before the 12 months end. You keep the status until you release it or the period ends.

• If two payments for the same city complete at nearly the same time, the later one is refunded in full.
• If a payment succeeds but we cannot register your ownership, we refund it or fix it on request.
